Jan has more than 15 years of experience developing and utilizing individualized communication to generate sales and valuable relations between sender and receiver. He started on the customer side as head of sales and marketing in the Danish and international IT industry and then became founder and partner in Interflow, Circle and Relationshuset. Jan has won a number of Danish and international Direct Marketing awards and is often used as lecturer, moderator, commentator and debater.

Maria has 17 years of experience within the DM industry – both on the customer and the company side. She has solid strategic and tactical insight into the communication discipline and into working on effective dialog campaigns. Together with Jan, she has won a number of Danish and international Direct Marketing awards. As well, Maria is often utilized as a teacher and lecturer at the CRM Academy, CBS (Copenhagen Business School) and the Institute of Technology, among others.
