Two strong DM companies have merged and become Relationshuset I GEKKO. Previous to the merge, the two bureaus operated under one roof and shared clients and ownership. It therefore felt completely natural to come even closer together and increase synergies in the professional resources of the two companies. Because of this, there will be no changes in ownership.
Together, Relationshuset and GEKKO are the Nordic region's most award-winning DM bureau, and the merge will ensure that the new bureau increases its focus on growth in existing clients as well as making it a significant organization in which there is room for new clients. The bureau also encompasses Circle R&D, which develops the systems behind advanced DM campaigns.
Stronger skills After a year of large investments in product- and organization development, we are simultaneously adjusting for a period in which the entire industry expects a declining market. And with the product development we have undergone, our experience and the merge, we stand strong in the market with a number of skills that cover all aspects of DM and accompanying sales and marketing disciplines. All this with the purpose of strengthening our clients' business- and product development.
"Today we stand strong with 27 employees in all. And with this broader leadership we now need to ensure that the company's total talents will serve the client's needs to the widest possible extent. It's going to be developmental, valuable and really exciting," says Adm. Director Maria Furbo.
As of now, Relationshuset I Gekko's leadership comprises Adm. Director Maria Furbo, Director Finn Overgaard, Diretor Jan Køhler and Creative Director Sonja Lund. Circle R&D is headed by Adm. Director Henrik Nisted.
"No clients will notice any changes in their relationships with the new, merged bureau - however, clients will be met with a strengthened leadership and even wider set of skills, which we look forward to seeing the effect of," says Director Finn Overgaard.
